DELIVERY POLICY

1. The third Party delivery service primarily delivers all Natai orders. The package is picked up from the Merchants location and delivered to the customer’s location. The delivery location is as per the address entered by the customer.

2. For any issue related to the delivery, please contact the merchant directly.
3. Delivery is typically done between 45 to 60 minutes within order confirmation. Duration may be more or less depending on thereadiness of the food, and/or the availability of delivery agents, traffic conditions and distance between the merchant and the customer.
